Our CNC Machining Workshop is equipped with over 50 high-precision CNC machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers. The facility spans 2,000 square meters and operates under strict quality control standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

 

Stamping Factory 

 

Our stamping factory specializes in producing high-precision metal parts for a variety of industries, including electronics, automotive, and heat dissipation systems. We operate over 30 advanced stamping presses, ranging from 25 to 200 tons, enabling us to meet both low and high-volume production needs.

Heat Pipe Factory

Our Heat Pipe Factory features a 70% automated production line, enabling high-volume manufacturing with exceptional speed and precision. The factory operates under a complete 21-step process, including cutting, shrinking, powder filling, sintering, vacuum charging, welding, and multiple stages of inspection.

TCH Thailand Factory

TCH (Thailand) specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance heat sinks and heat pipes, serving a wide range of industries, including electronics, energy storage, servers, LED lighting, and automotive. Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC machining, stamping, surface treatment, and salt spray testing equipment to ensure high product precision, consistency, and efficient delivery.
